Jaysa Young, President and Founder

After several years working in a variety of accounting roles, Jaysa Young identified a need among small and growing companies for an alternative to traditional in-house accounting departments. Out of this perceived need Accurate Methods was born.

Jaysa Young has a decade of experience in the financial arena. Her years with Big 4 firms Andersen, LLP and Deloitte and Touche earned her extensive financial and tax experience, working in Mergers & Acquisitions, Tax Controversies, and Federal Business Tax groups.

Most recently, Mrs. Young served as Executive VP of Finance and Accounting for nsoro, llc, a rising telecommunications construction company charged with the primary tasks of managing cash flow and obtaining financing. She managed the finances for a growing company with less than $250K in debt and later secured over $3.5 million in financing.

Mrs. Young graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in Accounting and an MPA in Professional Accounting.
