Join our team as a
Full Charge Bookkeeper and Payroll Administrator. Make payments and
control expenses; reconcile processed work; charge expenses to accounts
and cost centers; pay vendors and employees; maintain accounting
ledgers and records; verify vendor accounts; disburse petty cash;
report sales taxes; process payroll & State and Federal payroll
taxes; file quarterly payroll tax returns, W-2's & 1099's. Qualifications

Assist accounting team members in performing bookkeeping services for clients.

Perform a variety of accounting tasks utilizing client records.

Reconcile bank accounts and research discrepancies.

Prepare payroll and payroll tax returns, sales and other local tax returns.

Experienced in working with multiple entities and/or clients.

5+ years experience is required. Associate Degree is a plus.

Must be proficient in Word, Excel, QuickBooks and/or other related accounting and tax software.
